About Fettle, uptime monitoring for developers
Fettle is an uptime monitoring service run by D-1 Digital Solutions Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore. It is built for developers and small teams who deploy their own code and answer their own alerts.
What Fettle does
Fettle is uptime monitoring for developers. It checks HTTP endpoints, TCP ports, DNS records, SSL certificates, ping targets and cron heartbeats from up to three regions (the USA, Europe and Asia; one on Free), opens an incident when a check fails, notifies over email and Telegram on every plan plus Slack, Discord or webhooks on paid plans, and publishes a status page.
It is meant to fit how developers already work: the REST API and API keys are on every plan, Free included, and an MCP server lets an AI agent such as Claude or Codex create monitors and read incidents for you. When a check fails, the incident names why — a timeout, a DNS failure, a TLS error, a 5xx, a missed heartbeat — not only that something is down. Plans and limits are on the pricing page, and the docs cover the API and MCP setup.
Where the checks run
Probes run from 3 regions: the USA, Europe and Asia. A monitor on a paid plan can check from several of them every interval, and an incident opens only when every selected region fails, so one bad network path does not page you. The Free plan checks from 1 region. You can try a multi-region check of any URL without an account, or read the setup guides for common platforms, cron jobs and SSL certificates.
