Yes — anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the end of your current cycle. On a downgrade we fit your monitors to the new plan: check intervals and regions drop to what it allows, and monitors over its limit are paused, newest first. Nothing is deleted — you can resume a paused monitor once you're within the limit. 02 What happens when I exceed monitor limits? New monitors are blocked at creation with an error that names the limit. On Max the same goes for 30-second checks past the 50th monitor — the rest run every minute. Nothing is deleted. 03 Is there a free trial? No trial — the Free plan is real and stays free. No card on signup. Upgrade only when you need more monitors, faster intervals, or webhooks. 04 What payment methods do you accept? All major credit and debit cards. Invoicing and PO support is available on the Enterprise plan for teams that need it. 05 Can I cancel anytime? Yes. Cancel from Settings → Subscription and your account drops to Free at the end of the current cycle.
